This includes, but is in no way limited to message boards, chat, and other original content. By accepting this agreement, you agree that all content located at grahamwhite.us or gwhite.us is the sole property of grahamwhite.us or gwhite.us and may not be reproduced without prior written consent of Graham White. All content herein is protected under US and international copyright laws and is intended for the personal use only of the registered member. You may not: modify, publish, retransmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, further copy, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, or display, any of the content in any way, except that you may make one copy for your personal use.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Graham White cannot and does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness of the news, information, or entertainment content found herein for any particular purpose. Further, you agree that grahamwhite.us shall not be held liable to anyone for any loss or injury resulting from the direct or indirect use of grahamwhite.us. Graham White will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages resulting from lost profits or revenue; loss of use of or reliance on the service, information provided or of any executable programs; loss of use of data or equipment; or other similar damages) arising out of the use or inability to use the service or any executable program obtained through the service, even if cxo has been advised of the likelihood of such damages.
